Omg, this is even worse! Ha... Actually this is the difference between Snow Beer and normal beer. Both glasses and beer have been freezed under very low degree of celcius, probably nearly 0, I guess. Waiter will then pour the beer very strongly into the glass for customer, and the snow flake is formed. That is what you have seen from the above photo.
See, the bottom of the bubble is actually the snowflake.
It is nice to have your Snow Beer together with some snacks, probably a lil bit spicy, or sour.
Some people may say beer is so bitter, and I do agree sometime. If you can enjoy it with a group of good friends, it can be sweet, right?

ReplyDeleteyeah..I may think that carlsberng is a bit bitter compare to other beers...
But with this special "Snow Beer",i am able to finish 3 glasses of it..hehe..Not bad..not bad..especially served in cold.. :)
